By accessing AHEC services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use AHEC services.

2. Certification Services

AHEC provides certification and examination services subject to successful completion of requirements. Fees are non-refundable once examination entry has been confirmed.

3. Candidate Obligations

Candidates must provide accurate information, comply with examination regulations, and uphold AHEC’s Code of Conduct at all times.

4. Intellectual Property

All AHEC materials, including study resources, examination papers, and certification designs, are the intellectual property of AHEC and may not be reproduced without written permission.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States of America.
